Why aren’t there prices on the site?
Projects differ a lot in size, so a single price list would overcharge small projects and underestimate big ones. Tell us what you need and we’ll send a fixed, itemised quote, usually within two business days.
How long does a project take?
Starter websites usually launch within a week, Standard websites in about two weeks, and Premium projects in two to four weeks. We agree on a schedule with milestones before we start, and we keep to it.
Can we edit the website ourselves?
Yes. Every website comes with a content management system that suits it, and we train your team to use it. You can change text, images and pages without contacting us.
Do you work with our existing brand?
Yes, most projects start from an existing brand. If yours needs a refresh, or you don’t have one yet, our Brand & Identity service can be added to any plan.
Do you host websites?
Yes, through our maintenance plans: managed hosting, backups, updates and monitoring. If you prefer to host elsewhere, we deploy the site to your servers and hand everything over.
What do you need from us to get started?
A short brief by email or through the project planner is enough to begin. During discovery we collect your goals, content, access to existing tools and brand files, and we help with anything that’s missing.
Do you work with clients in other cities and countries?
Yes, most of our clients are. We work through shared project boards, email and messaging, with written updates at every step, in any time zone.
Can the cost be split into instalments?
Yes. Projects are usually invoiced in parts, for example at kickoff, design approval and launch, so you pay as the work progresses.
