What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it, in plain language. Last updated 17 October 2026.
This website is run by Novengrad. For anything related to your data, write to support@novengrad.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the topic and your message.
- Project planner: your answers about your project, your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number and how you found us.
- Server logs: our host records technical data such as IP addresses and browser types for security, and keeps it for a short period.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to prepare and discuss a quote, and, if we work together, to deliver the project. The legal basis is your consent and, when you ask us for a quote, the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes.
Who else sees it
Form messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider. We use a small number of trusted processors (for example email and hosting services) who handle data only on our instructions.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server. Your browser’s local storage remembers a few preferences, such as light or dark mode, the colour palette and an unsent project-planner draft. The project previews on the work page may remember their own display settings in the same way. This information never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email support@novengrad.com and we’ll respond within one month.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
